Such important work you do!

Our circle, designed to support each other in the difficult and beautiful parts of caregiving, is next week, Tuesday 6/16 1-4.

This class meets in two back-to-back sessions (not the usual OLLI format). The extended time is intentional, as outside caregivers often require four-hour minimums. You can always leave if or when you need to.

Come, relax, take some time for  you.
